We need access to the cleanout or drain entry point, and we want to walk you through what the camera shows in real time. The inspection is something we do together — you see what we see, and you can ask questions as we go. That’s part of what makes our process different.
In some commercial settings where a property manager coordinates access, the person on-site does not have to be the owner. But someone with access to the property and decision-making authority should be present.
After the job is done, we walk you through the camera footage one more time — showing the before and after — and answer any questions before we pack up.
