Yes — you keep the footage. Every time. No exceptions.
This is one of the three rules Sunburst Environmental never breaks. The camera inspection video is yours — whether we end up jetting or not. It’s your property. You’re entitled to know what is in it, and you are entitled to the documentation of what we found.
We provide the footage in a format you can review, share with a plumber, use in a real estate negotiation, or keep on file for future reference. If we found root intrusion that we jetted clean today, and it comes back in two years, you have the before footage to compare.
This matters for another reason too: we have no conflict of interest in what we tell you. We do not do pipe repairs. So if the camera shows something we cannot fix, we tell you straight and refer you out — and you have the footage to show the next person exactly what was found.
