What Is the Sunburst Environmental Process?

What Is the Sunburst Environmental Process? — Answered by Sunburst Environmental, Metro Atlanta’s drain jetting specialists.

The Sunburst Process: Camera First. Honest Diagnosis. Clear It and Prove It.

Every Sunburst Environmental job runs through three steps, every time, with no exceptions.

Step 1 — Camera First: Before the jetter comes out, we run a high-definition camera through your drain or sewer line. You watch the monitor with us. We see the blockage, the buildup, the pipe condition — together. This step tells us what we are dealing with and confirms the pipe is in good enough shape to jet.

Step 2 — Honest Diagnosis: We tell you exactly what we found. If it is a blockage we can clear, we tell you that and quote the jetting. If the pipe is collapsed, cracked, or needs repair that we do not offer — we tell you that too, hand you the footage, and refer you to the right contractor. We do not do repairs, so we have zero incentive to recommend one.

Step 3 — Clear It and Prove It: We jet the line with the right nozzle and pressure for the specific blockage type. Then we run the camera again to show you the result. You receive the footage from both the before and after pass. Clear pipes, documented.
